The MANX MOTOR SPORT MARSHALS' ASSOCIATION Ltd is the widest based marshalling organisation in the Isle of Man. Founded in 1980's the club still follows its original objectives of training and providing marshals for all forms of motorsport. MMSMA provides officials for all the organising clubs on the island. Events covered include Circuit racing, sprints, hill climbs, auto tests, rallies, trials, kart racing, motorcycle circuit racing and many more.
The club has many members, men and women from all walks of life. All are volunteers in as much as no financial reward is either sought or given, but at the same time they are professionals in their attitude to their marshalling.
Each year our marshals are invited to an ever increasing number and range of events. Clubs throughout the island rely on MMSMA members to staff their motorsport events.
MMSMA is a group of dedicated individuals, who give their time free of charge, simply to make sure motorsport is safe. We are expected to work in all conditions and at all hours of the day.

Marshalling does not suit everybody and if you don’t fancy standing in the middle of a forest in the rain, there are many other duties that we perform. Such duties include, Time-keeping, Radio operator, Paddock/pits marshalling and so the list goes on.
You will not be expected to turn up at every event and we have a simple signing on procedure, usually done at the Grandstand the day before the event.
