I, the above named, apply for membership to the Manx Motor Sports Marshals Association Limited subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
I understand that I may be called upon to pay a sum not exceeding £1.00 (one pound) to the assets of the Company in the event of it being wound up while a member or within one year after ceasing to be a member.
I agree to be bound by the rules of the General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association Limited.
I confirm that I am not currently disqualified from holding a driving licence.
